Short, because there isn’t much to say.
What this site is
An educational resource about premenstrual dysphoric disorder, and an introduction to the Oriyali iPhone app. You may read it, use the self-check, and share it, for free, without asking.
What it is not
It is not medical advice, it is not a medical device, and nothing here is a diagnosis. The self-check reproduces a published screening questionnaire. Screening tools indicate whether something is worth investigating; only a qualified clinician can diagnose a premenstrual disorder, and doing so properly requires at least two cycles of daily prospective records.
Do not use this site to decide whether to start, stop or change a medication. Talk to a clinician.
It is not a crisis service. Nothing you type here is transmitted, received or read by anyone. If you are in danger, use the crisis numbers or your local emergency number.
Accuracy
Every clinical claim on this site is sourced, and the source is named where the claim appears. Research moves. If you find something here that is out of date or wrong, please tell us at hello@oriyali.com and we will correct it.
The waitlist
If you give us your email address, we will use it to tell you when the app is available, and for nothing else. Every message carries a working unsubscribe link. The privacy page has the detail.
Liability
This site is provided as it is. We have taken real care with the clinical content, and we cannot warrant that it is complete or suitable for your situation, because we do not know your situation. Decisions about your health are between you and your clinician.
